01 · Why Midjan, why now
Three parties who have not spoken to each other have, independently, pointed to the same space and a similar mix of functions. That's not a coincidence — it's evidence.

02 · Baseline
The room doesn't need to be rebuilt to be used. It needs a baseline — furniture and functions that make it possible to sit down, showcase something and spend a full day there, summer and winter alike.
Cost and timeline are the next step. Here we're only establishing what's needed — a contained, reversible initiative, not a renovation.
03 · Conversation Themes
Once the baseline is in place, Midjan can become the stage for a series of targeted conversations. Each conversation is a question, not a promise: is there interest, and what would it take to move forward? The list is illustrative and deliberately broad — not just culture and craft.
04 · Next Steps
This isn't a finished proposal — it's a plan for moving forward. The goal of this page is to agree that this is the right direction before we spend time on details. The conversations in step 03 will gradually give us a deeper and more realistic picture of whether the interest and need actually exist, among which groups, and in what form.
